Trans Tasman Challenge 2006 |

| The Trans Tasman Challenge was held in Auckland on November 4-6. The top 12 players from Australia and New Zealand competed in a head-to-head format comprising 24 games over the three days. Each player played all members of the opposing team twice. Up for grabs were the Trans Tasman Challenge Shield and trophies for the highest placed individual members of each team.
