To download and install Lexpert for pocket PCs please follow the instructions below. If you just want to update the dictionary you just need to download the Collins dictionary file, save it and then complete step 5 below.
1. Download these files
Pocket Lexpert program LX31CP3AAll.exe
Collins dictionary file UKNA.lxd
2. Save these files to a new folder on your hard drive, e.g. C:\Programs\Pocket Lexpert
3. Connect your Pocket PC to your computer in the usual way.
4. Run the pocket lexpert program. When it has installed there may be a message on your pocket PC screen - ignore this.
5. Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the folder you saved the dictionary file in. Press Ctrl-C. Navigate to your Pocket PC's Lexpert folder and open the sub-folder Lexicons. Press CTRL-V.
6. On your Pocket PC go to Programs and you should see one or two instances of Lexpert - don't worry if there are two as this seems to be a bug with some pocket PCs. Tap one of the Lexpert program icons and Lexpert should open. Tap on the dictionary version and set it to UK and USA.
